ESTC Scoop Award

FSOA corporate members, ESTC Group, has been recognised for their work overseas in stadium safety management.

The award, presented by South Cheshire Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by UK Trade and Investment, is the result of operating in Africa for several years.  ESTC has worked in South Africa for three years and trained large numbers of stewards and stadium managers for the FIFA 2009 Confederations Cup.

International courses have been developed with City & Guilds, the FSOA’s main conference sponsor, to meet the demands and standards required by event owners and, indeed, FIFA.

Training and consultancy will continue in South Africa in the build up to the World Cup Finals and, indeed, ESTC has an overseas programme planned until 2016.

The company also works with a number of UK clubs and sports venues covering a broad spectrum of spectator, event management and health & safety training.
