Stepping Down

Arthur Roberts and Stuart Worthington step down from their roles at Manchester United this week.

Arthur was appointed Safety Officer at Old Trafford back in 1991 and has been a member of the FSOA for much of that time.  His departure signals the end of a 28 year association with Manchester United.

Stuart's association goes back even further - he has been involved in police and safety operations for 33 years.

FSOA members can read Arthur's fairwell message on the members' forum.

Charlie Coxon has been appointed as Arthur's replacement and has been working alongside Arthur for most of the last year.

Everyone at the FSOA wishes Arthur and Stuart long and happy retirements.
