Many of us will remember our default FLA Spokesman, John de Quidt telling updating us at our conferences that there was no positivity in the football safety industry for Premier League and Championship Clubs to want to return to the concept of safe standing, but it would now appear, that even after the knock-back at West Bromwich Albion last season, stadia are being prepared for it.
