A crucial aspect of shaping how the security industry develops in the future is benchmarking the current and future levels of resources available, so we are in a better position to act accordingly.

This survey forms part of a collective approach by the Football Safety Officer’s Association (FSOA), Security Industry Authority (SIA) and United Kingdom Crowd Management Association (UKCMA) to provide us with a much clearer picture of the current situation and the challenges ahead.

It will take only about 10 minutes of your time, but it could make a huge difference.

The survey is anonymous, and only aims to use the information for statistics and industry analysis. Any individual company information will not be shared with any third parties.

The overall benefit of this will be to see what condition the industry is currently in, what to expect in the coming years and see how collectively we can improve.

We are approaching all professional organisations within the industry and ask everyone to give accurate information as much as possible.

The deadline for submissions is: Close of business on Wednesday 8th February, 2017.

Should you have any queries or technical issues please contact: who is providing administrative support to the FSOA open behalf of the UKCMA.

Press enquiries: – UKCMA Chairman – FSOA Business Development or email the FSOA Office at
